Casanova could get out of jail soon. His lawyer presented a judge with a $2.5 million bond offer to get the Brooklyn rapper out of Westchester County Jail, where he has been since December 4, when he surrendered himself to the police.

Caswell Senior, aka Casanova, is being charged with violating the RICO (Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organization) law for conspiring to knowingly and intentionally manufacture, distribute, or dispense, or possess with intent to manufacture, distribute, or dispense a controlled substance (in this case crack cocaine, cocaine, and marijuana.

He is also being charged with the possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. The prosecution also alleged he is a member of the United Gorilla Stone Nation.

According to an exclusive report on AllHipHop News, the rapper’s lawyers presented a judge with a $2.5 million bond package. Casanova has put up five properties worth around $1.1 million and got 13 of his friends, who have a combined salary of around $1.3 million to cosign.

The consignors have vouched for Casanova, assuring the court that he will show up for the court dates once released from jail.

His lawyer, James Kousouros, argued that he should be released since he would not have surrendered to the cops only to later not show up for a court hearing.

“The notion that he would surrender to the authorities with full knowledge of the charges against him but then not return to court as directed once released is inconsistent with his voluntary surrender and common sense. His surrender demonstrates his respect for this Court and the judicial process and there can be no credible argument that he presents a risk of flight,” Kousouros said.

Besides, the Brooklyn rapper is willing to go into home detention and all other restrictions the court might deem fit, such as electronic monitoring and surrender of his passport.

Kousouros is confident his client is not guilty of the charges and is working on submitting evidence that Casanova is neither a drug dealer nor associated with the United Gorilla Stone Nation.

9 Biggest Rap Beefs That May Never Be Resolved

Rap Beefs have existed in Hip Hop since the music genre began and it’s so normal to find beefs in Hip Hop that it has become a real part of its culture. In most cases, the beefs stick to diss tracks, and social media jabs have been thrown at each other by the artists. Well, that’s just beefing in Hip Hop and today we take a look at some of the biggest rap beefs that may never be resolved in the Industry.

Biggest Rap Beefs

1. Biggie and Tupac Shakur

This has to be the biggest beef ever. The two rappers who were both big wigs in the industry and once very good friends came to hate each other and it’s no surprise the beef ended in a tragedy. Both rappers died six months apart from a gunning that was committed in the same fashion. The beef gave fans some of the best diss tracks to date.

2. 50 Cent and The Game

It’s one of the beefs that never ended. The beef started since The Game did not want to join G Unit. He even started a campaign against the group called G Unot. You know no one really beefs like 50 Cent but the Game comes close to this. To date, the two still keep firing shots on social media and on their songs here and there but it’s less aggressive.

3. NWA and Ice Cube

When fame strikes well most groups break up. That is exactly how NWA started their beef with Ice Cube as he left the group to start a solo career. This led to Ice Cube releasing the song No Vaseline that has been hailed as the best diss track ever made even to date. We may live to argue that.

4. Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly

This one made Eminem so mad that he literally almost dissed every artist in the whole Hip Hop industry. The beef was started by MGK after he inappropriately mentioned Eminem’s daughter in a tweet. Fans were thrilled. But family feuds just never end do they? Eminem has since managed to shut down MGK from his various releases since the feud started.

5. Drake and Pusha T

Pusha T had been poking on Drake for years and Drake finally responded. Pusha T seemed like he had been waiting for that response then Drake released the song Duppy Freestyle. The next diss track broke the internet as it was called The Story of Adidon that forced Drake to reveal some of his secrets. On this one, Pusha T was the G as he just kept landing more and more blows to Drake.

6. Tekashi 6ix9ine and YG

YG did stand up for the Hip Hop culture in this beef. The two started beefing after Tekashi 6ix9ine officially was branded a snitch. The story is well known of how 6ix9ine snitched on his fellow gang member in front of the jury. This led to really bitter sentiments being exchanged between the two; with the end of the whole beef nowhere in sight.

7. Nicki Minaj and Cardi B

Do you remember the video of Nicki Minaj and Cardi B fighting at the New York Fashion Party? Well, this was the highlight of the beef as the two rappers had been throwing stabs at each other for ages before this. Cardi was mad that Nicki kept liking tweets that stated she was a bad mother and the fight was something that had the fans thrilled. We may not have had the diss tracks but at least we had that.

Bottom Line

So many beefs do exist but these ones will remain to be among the biggest beef in the rap game that may not be solved. Most of them left us with tracks that still remain classics and some just have videos you can laugh too but don’t you just love the drama that comes with these beefs? Just can’t wait to see the next legendary beefs.

As a way of leaving office, Donald Trump decided to issue pardons to some convicted criminals.

The list was rapper Lil Wayne, Kodak Black, Kilpatrick, Roc Nation’s CEO Desiree Perez, and Steve Bannon, among one hundred and sixty-eight others.

There is, however, the lot that the 45th president of the US forgot or didn’t pardon. Among them are Ross Ulbricht, Julian Assange, and famous Chicago rapper RondoNumbaNine.

The angered convict, currently serving a thirty-nine-year sentence for murder charges, used his social media to bash Trump for not pardoning him.

F–k Trump his Bitch ass ain’t pardon me,” the Chicago rapper tweeted

In 2014, RondoNumbaNine and his accomplice Courtney Ealy shot their victim Javan Boyd seated in a parked car. After a thorough investigation, Rondo’s fingerprints and surrounding CCTV footage pointed at the guilty rapper and Ealy.

He was a star rising, but fate chose a different route. Some fans think that he should rot in jail, while others promised to try and convince Joe Biden to pardon him.

Do you think that the president should free him? Talk to us in the comments below. Also, visit our website for more news-related articles.

Two days after getting lucky and landing a spot on the 173 acts of clemency list from the former U.S. president, Dwayne Carter Jr., popularly known as Lil Wayne, released his latest single.

Titled “Ain’t Got Time“, the surprise project features Fousheè and pays tribute to the late Juice WRLD, including the story of his gold plated handgun saga.

“They raided my private plane/ I went got one that’s more privater/R.I.P. Juice WRLD, wrote that on two cups/Pour out a Lil juice for him/Shit gave me goosebumps/N-gga been through too much/Lookin’ in the rearview to see the future,” a snippet of the lyrics read.

Wayne seems to have planned his release. In the recently concluded election, the Lollipop rapper endorsed Trump for president and didn’t seem to care about what other people or rappers said.

It worked, and he was pardoned along with other names, including Kodak Black. Other names like Ulbricht didn’t make it to the list despite rumours of Trump considering them.

Lil Wayne’s lawyer claimed that the pardon had nothing to do with the endorsement adding that

“I think they had a very strong connection. He’s in the entertainment world. He’s got a style that’s similar in terms of the way that he carries himself, and a lot of rappers and people in the industry relate to that.”
