10 Artists Who Shouldn’t Drop Songs in 2021

10 Artists Who Shouldn't Drop Songs in 2021

Some rappers are losing their fan base and it might be due to their repetitiveness, or their lifestyle choices, or they are just agitating everyone but they should accept things as it is.

We take a look at 10 of the artists who shouldn’t drop songs this year.

Rappers Who Shouldn’t Drop Songs this Year

1. Tekashi 6ix9ine

The 24-year-old rapper has been on the scene for all the wrong reasons. He struck two years in the hip hop scene as the most hated rapper on the planet; 2 years! He seems to be more capable of attracting the wrong attention to himself. The rapper should definitely try and recollect himself this year.

2. Logic

The guy rose to fame due to the visionary sense of aura he eluded to his fans and the lyrics were like Woah! Last year saw the guy doing songs that eluded the picture his fans had for him. He still has his visionary aura around him but his lyrics are luck-lustered and taking a time off could help him through this.

3. Kanye West

Photograph: Ian West/PA

The whole of 2020 was like a mega merry-go-round for the famed rapper Kanye. He shifted to gospel and took more from it than he actually gave. The rapper then tried his hands in politics and he flopped. Big time. Now comes the whole divorce statement, I don’t want to even get into details but Kanye should take some time off everything this year.

4. Blueface

Let’s be real, when was the last good song released by him? In 2020 he released an album that flopped big time and had songs that were of questionable quality. So yea, he should take some time off.

5. Lil Pump

A fan favorite of Donald Trump who was given the name ‘Lil Pimp’. The rapper is struggling to grasp on to any ounce of fame he may have left. The rapper can rediscover himself and make himself less annoying this year then come back greater and grander.

6. Iggy Azalea

Iggy Azalea songs these days lack the originality that she came up with in her earlier songs and she hasn’t been able to top the charts in quite a while. So why keep firing blanks when you know you still got a lot to prove?

7. Vic Mensa

The artist has been firing complete blanks with the way he is trying to express himself such bold imagery and such generic songs might just be his downfall. He should just take time off.

8. Nicki Minaj

OK, this might be bold but she should probably take time off. Over recent years we have seen Nicki Minaj try and prove her prowess as the queen of rap but does she need to prove herself? She doesn’t need to retire, she just needs to find her true north.

9. Eminem

The last album he did was marvelous. Because it was an album dissing everyone in the rap scene. Eminem is a workaholic but I don’t think he can rap faster than he already has. Maybe one or two more words but that’s it. He should not even take time off, he should retire and help the younger generation grow.

10. French Montana

French Montana was a sure-fire when he came to the rap scene but he seems unable to produce awesome music without the help of some popular rappers in his songs. He still might have a lot to offer but he needs to find it first.

Bottom Line

Nothing works better than taking time off and clearing the head for a better vision of what is expected. They might be done for but over the years we have seen rappers step out and come back to the game better and bigger. Do you agree they should at least take time off? Is there any other artist missing on the list? Well, we just might see what they do this year.

10 Best Boosie Badazz Songs

10 Best Boosie Badazz Songs

Boosie Badazz, whose real name is Torrance Hatch, is an American rapper from Louisiana. The rapper has several albums under his belt together with mixtapes and compilations. He was formerly known as Lil Boosie before he changed his name to Boosie Badazz. This was after he was imprisoned in 2009 and got out in March, 2014. Even through this, the young talented rapper has been able to gain traction with his music and knows that he has more to prove.

We take a look at 10 of his baddest and illest songs.

Boosie Badazz Best Songs

1. Zoom (Featuring Young Joc)

This was his first track after he was signed under the record label Trill Entertainment. Together with Young Joc and the in-house music producer Mouse on the Track, the song was ill enough to be featured on two charts by Billboard. These were the hottest Rap/ R&B and Track and Hot Rap Charts.

2. Bad Azz

This was one of the earliest songs done by Boosie and it garnered quite a big influence in the music world. It peaked at number one on Billboard back in 2006. The song was the top single for the album also called the same.

3.  Wipe Me Down (Featuring Foxx and Webbie)

The song was not his, but the way he presented himself on the remix of the song had people calling the song his. The original song was done by Foxx but after the remix, Boosie had not only built his reputation with the song but he had also worked his way up to being the flagship artist of Trill Entertainment.

4. Independent (Featuring Webbie and Lil Phat)

The song was sung for all the ladies who had made a name for themselves without depending on any man. Together with the late Lil Phat, Boosie delivered a killer scene-stealing verse that left fans asking for more.

5. Face Down (Featuring DJ Mustard, YG, Lil Wayne, and Big Sean)

It was released in September of 2014, just a few months after he was released from prison. You know the song had to be fire not just because of the presence of artists like Wayne and Big Sean, but also because Boosie had to prove to the world that he still had it in him. It’s one of the best collaborations done by Boosie.

6. Wartime (Featuring Webbie)

The song came out only days after he was released from prison. Boosie had to team up with his number one close artist since day one to bring the heat on. Just as promised by the song title, the song talks an awful enough amount about violence. With new rhymes in his pockets and mad energy from a starving artist, the song was a sure banger.

7. She Don’t Love Me (Featuring Chris Brown)

As fans anticipated the release of his first album after he got released from prison, Boosie released this song which was kind of a bit different from his usual style. Here he talked about how he needed a woman to hold him down. The song is still fire as Chris Brown sticks to the hook and harmonizes all through the song

8. Heart of A Lion

The song was the first single released by the rapper on his album Touchdown 2 Cause to Hell and it did work up ye appetite of the fans. The rapper talks about how he has been underrated and talks about how his dad never was at home making him have to feed himself. It’s a touching banger that you just have to like.

9. Better Believe It (Featuring Webbie and Young Jeezy)

This song was so good that it was placed as the sophomore follow up to the album, Super Bad: The Return of Boosie Badazz. With the help of his friends Webbie and Young Jeezy, the Louisiana rapper almost outmatched the song Wipe Me Down and was the last song he released before heading to jail.

10. Do It Big (Featuring Webbie)

The song and the video of the song were simple and elegant. When the whole industry focused on flexing, Boosie and his long time friend Webbie released a banger that showed how the two blended and had a powerful message of appreciating the little that you have. In the song, Boosie opened up and spoke of how he would be happy if he scored a deal with a bigger record deal.

From Lil Boosie to Boosie Badazz, the rapper has remained relevant in the music industry adapting as best as he could to the changing situations. The list is not extensive enough for all hits he came up with, but we would like to see you create a playlist of his best songs to date.
