Jawara Headly, a.k.a Brinx Billions, is a rapper from Queens who has filed a lawsuit against Nicki Minaj. According to the rapper, Nicki Minaj stole Rich Sex’s idea from his back in 2016.
Jawara claims that he played the song for Nicki four years ago, after which she admitted it would make a great hit in the music industry. The two supposedly met in 2007 through the social networking service MySpace.
According to the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers, Brinx got credited as Nicki’s writer on the track, but he is currently claiming more recognition.
The Queens rapper wants to be named the original writer of the track.
The damages in total will cost the Bang Bang rapper an estimated 200,000,000 US dollars. Also, the rapper is suing Universal Music, Cash Money Records, and Young Money.
Other than specific notes, Brinx Billions highlighted that Nicki used specific lines from his original song like; It ain’t such a thing as broke and handsome.
Rich Sexgot released in 2018, and it featured Lil Wayne.
The 38-year-old rapper gave birth to her first son late last year, and this drama might not be appropriate at the moment.
Let us hope the case gets resolved, and everyone goes home happy.

When former President Donald Trump announced the list of the 173 people he had granted clemency, many were happy as this meant they had been given a chance to start afresh. Hip hop artists Lil Wayne and Kodak Black were among the 173 people.
Kodak’s freedom may, however, not last as long as he thought. Prosecutors in South Carolina want the rapper in state custody to face a sexual assault charge. Kodak whose firearm charges were commuted, was supposed to spend 46 months behind bars.
A grateful Kodak took to Twitter to share how thankful he was. He tweeted,
I Want To Thank The President @RealDonaldTrump For His Commitment To Justice Reform And Shortening My Sentence. I Also Want To Thank Everyone For Their Support And Love. It Means More Than You Will Ever Know. I Want To Continue Giving Back, Learning And Growing. @DanScavino
“ I Want To Thank The President @RealDonaldTrump For His Commitment To Justice Reform And Shortening My Sentence. I Also Want To Thank Everyone For Their Support And Love. It Means More Than You Will Ever Know. I Want To Continue Giving Back, Learning And Growing.”
His freedom may, however, be short-lived as he is still facing the sexual assault charges. In Florence, prosecutors are working to see to it that he spends time behind bars for forcing himself on a woman in a hotel in 2016 and even biting her neck and breast.
According to Ed Clements, the 12th Circuit Solicitor in Florence County, Trump’s pardon doesn’t influence the first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge. The charge carries a maximum sentence of 30 years behind bars.

Donald Trump decided to use his last power as President to pardon criminals.
The 45th president, through the Whitehouse, issued a total of one hundred and seventy-three grants of clemency, among them Kodak Black, Lil Wayne, Steve Bannon, Elliott Broidy, and Kwame Kilpatrick.
Some names were expected to make it to the list but didn’t. Julian Assange, Wikileaks founder, and Ross Ulbricht of the Silk Road website were some of the unlucky people.
Ulbricht is serving a life sentence after being charged with computer hacking, illegal drug distribution, and money laundering.
The Silk Road founder is currently incarcerated at the US prison in Tucson.
The FBI alleges Ross Ulbricht ran the vast underground drug marketplace Silk Road for more than two years.
There was speculation that the President might pardon the two convicts, but it didn’t happen for reasons best known to the Whitehouse.
Kodak Black might have made it to the list, but he is not out of the woods yet. The rapper is facing other charges, including rape. Since he is out of the feds’ hands, the other charges he is facing might catch up with him.
